OVERVIEW
Luna Natural Filling is the first enhanced ambulatory urodynamic monitoring system that performs natural filling urodynamics.
Luna Natural Filling adds sensation markers and bladder volume estimation to classic ambulatory recordings. Bladder volume is measured by using a wireless uroflowmeter and/or ultrasound bladder scanner.
Using Luna Natural Filling system, the following studies can be carried out in a natural and physiological way:
- Uroflow
- Cystometry
- Pressure- flow

According to the International Continence Society (ICS), ambulatory urodynamics (AU) is, “Any functional test of the lower urinary tract predominantly utilizing natural filling of the urinary tract and reproducing subject’s normal activity.”
ICS indications for AU:
- When Conventional Urodynamics (CU) fails to reproduce or explain detrusor instability.
- When CU may be unsuitable (children).
- Neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunctions.
- Evaluation of therapies for lower urinary tract dysfunction.
